While the scholarship opportunity under the project has expired, we are pleased to inform you that the Governance, Financial Management and Human Resource Management microcredentials will be available for direct sign-up through the course providers’ platforms.
Participants will be required to cover the TTD800 cost directly, which will include the cost of the certificate at the end.

In January 2026, IGNITE CSOs (Improving Governance, Networking, Inclusivity Towards Empowered Civil Society Organisations) launched its Call for Applications for scholarships affording CSOs access to micro-credential courses, along with recognised certificates from relevant professional entities, in the areas of Governance, Financial Management, Project Management and Human Resource (HR) Management.
These select areas align with the Accountability focus of IGNITE CSOs, which has seen the creation of the National Accountability Framework (NAF) and an accompanying CSO Self-Assessment Tool. Together, they establish important steps in promoting a more proactive, self-regulated civil society sector.
Before applying for these scholarship opportunities, CSOs were required to read the full National Accountability Framework, also available for download here, and must have completed their organisation’s first assessment using the CSO Self-Assessment Tool.
