We've never produced a formal annual report. We just send updates to our donors. Is a full annual report necessary?

We just use a regular spreadsheet to track everything. Is that not good enough?

Good to know about the renewal change! Our board was worried we'd missed our renewal date. Does anyone know if there's a grace period if your registration lapses?
