Yes, all non-profits need an annual audit. It's the law. We spend a lot of money on ours every year.

Answer to: What are the key responsibilities of a CSO Board of Directors?
In my experience, board members also need to make sure the finances are in order and that the organisation isn't getting into legal trouble. A lot of boards in T&T are too passive though.

I always get these mixed up. Outputs are what you produce, right? And impact is the big long-term change?
