Before You File
Make sure you have completed the following before filing:
- Your company name has been approved and reserved (valid for 45 days)
- All Directors have given consent through CROS and provided you with their surname and Account PIN
- You have completed the AML/CFT/PF Risk Assessment Questionnaire online
How to File
- Log on to CROS using your CRA
- Select Registration/Incorporation
- Complete and submit the incorporation application
- Upload all required documents as prompted

AML/CFT/PF Questionnaire
You must also complete the Questionnaire to Assist in Assessing Risk for Non-Profit Organisations. This is an online form and must be submitted at the same time as your incorporation application. Do not attach a hard copy.
Also Submit NPO Act Registration
Once the incorporation application has been submitted, you must also submit the Application for Registration under the NPO Act. This is currently submitted in person at the Registrar General’s Office on the 7th Floor — it cannot be done online.
Confirmation
Once payment is processed, each Director will receive a confirmation email. Your Articles of Incorporation and Notices of Address and Directors will be available for download.
