Before You Go
Have the following ready before visiting the Registrar General’s Office:
- Completed Form 6 — Annual Return, in duplicate (two original copies)
- Both copies dated and signed with wet (original) signatures by the Controller
- Your NPO Registration Number
- Current details for all controllers, members, founders, and beneficiaries
Where to Submit
Bring both signed copies to the Registrar General’s Office in person. The annual return process is not available online.
What Happens at Submission
- Your form will be checked for accuracy
- Once accepted, you will receive one stamped (registered) copy to keep for your records
- Proceed to the Cashier on the Ground Floor to pay the filing fee
Fee: TT $40.00
When to File
Annual Returns are due on the anniversary date of your NPO registration each year. File on time to avoid penalties or removal from the NPO register.
