What You Will Receive
Once your incorporation application is processed, you will be able to collect two certificates:
- Certificate of Incorporation as a Non-Profit Company under the Companies Act
- Certificate of Registration under the NPO Act
Both are collected at the same time from the Companies Registry Counter.
Steps to Collect
- Download and print two copies of the following documents from CROS:
- Articles of Incorporation
- Notice of Address
- Notice of Directors
- Sign both copies with original (wet) signatures — digital or photocopied signatures are not accepted
- Deliver the signed forms to the Companies Registry Counter
- Collect your hardcopy Certificate of Incorporation and Certificate of Registration
Important
Both certificates are collected at the Companies Registry Counter. You do not need to visit the Registrar General’s Office separately for the NPO Registration Certificate at this stage.
